Only 9 weeks left and with the holidays thrown in there, I'm looking forward to inching closer and closer every day that passes! Dee and I went riding around looking at Christmas lights last night and it was exciting just to be sitting in the passenger seat and feeling our little boy kicking in my belly. His movements are so much more pronounced now, and it's so hard to explain to anyone, but it's just a feeling of
extreme joy. To think what our future Christmas's will be like puts a smile on my face! With Christmas only 2 weeks away (WHAT! Now THAT is crazy!) I'm ready for some good times with family and friends!

How far long?
31 weeks! Who's excited???? ----> THIS GIRL!
What's the baby up to in there, anyway??
This week the babe is supposed to be calmer than he has been....yeah right! He is just having a hay day in my belly! I think he's just as excited about meeting everyone as we are about meeting him! He's letting us know he's in there, that's for sure! His movements are becoming more intentional and organized. His brain function is improving every day, so he's more able to put 2 and 2 together to make something happen - for things like sucking his thumb, repositioning, etc. He's about 3.5-4 lbs and is around 16 inches long : )

Sleep?
What is that???? I have no idea what sleep is anymore. I'm getting really good at functioning on a few hours of rest a night!
Anything making you queasy or sick?
Actually, I'm finding it harder and harder to ride long distances. I was never a big fan of travel in the car, but lately rides lasting longer than 20 minutes tend to get me a little more nauseated than normal. And between the bathroom breaks and restless legs, it's just a recipe for distaster! Dee tells me to "fight it out" or "make it through just a little longer" and that puts me in check real fast!
Happy or Moody most of the time??
HAPPY of course! I'm only moody when I'm hungry : )
Maternity Clothes
Well with the weather being so crazy, I have tried to fit back into some short sleeve tops from the earlier months of my pregnancy, aaaaaand that hasn't gone so well! I am bigger than I realize, but I am making do until we can get back to some cooler temps!
Any new symptoms?
Energy! I don't know if it's my nerves, or delirium due to lack of sleep, or excitement, but I wake up early and go to bed late. The house is clean, the dishes are spotless, the cats are fed, Dee is also fed (I'm a good wife!), the books are all read....... and I sit on the couch after it is all done and twiddle my thumbs until it's time to attempt sleep!

Look at that big boy in my belly!! : ) And it's only gonna get bigger and bigger from here!
